Lets face it, how we behave is a choice, and as you move into adult life, the choices get more complicated. You are out in the world, meeting all kinds of people and going different places on your own. Questions of etiquette seem to pop up everywhere you go:
- Whats the latest on cell phone use and netiquette?
- How can you make a good impression at college and job interviews?
- What fork do you use?
- How do you attach a boutonniere without sticking your prom date?
- And what is a boutonniere, anyway?
Not to worry, help is at hand!
Teen Manners: From Malls to Meals to Messaging and Beyond is a useful guide that answers questions that come up in real life from the most trusted name in etiquette: Emily Post.

Reader Reviews from First Look
This book was very helpful. It not only reitterates what you already learned from you parents, but it helps you understand the meaning and point of ettiquette. It was an easy read, easy to understand, and easy to impliment. A very well-written book that touched a lot of the things that teens do in their everyday lives.

This is one of the best books I have ever read. It helped me in becoming a person with better manners. It has helped me in so many ways. I realized how much I wasn't using my manners when I read it. I will definitely be looking for more books by Ms. Post.

As people reach the age of their adolescence, they are expected to act in a mature manner. This book updates etiquette, which is helpful, because over the years, new technologies give reason to change these customs of manners. This book suggests common manners to the reader that helps today's society to be more pleasant to live in.

Teen Manners is a great book to guide the new generation of teens in our present world. It emphasizes the good things that come from good manners not just during a fancy dinner, but at school, at the mall, or when you are hanging out with your friends. This is a good guide to make our lives easier and for teens like us not to forget that manners never go out of style. This book is by far one of my favorite etiquette books made for teens like me.

Teen Manners is an unpretentious guide for teens. The advice is well-grounded and simple with emphasis on relationships. I knew this book would be an enjoyable and short read from the perky table of contents. I would recommend this book to any parent looking to provide his or her teen with useful guide to manners. A great reference source and mental refresher of the little things that make life easier and everyone more comfortable.
